Analysis & Design

Our approach to analysis and design is consistent with our whole project approach. It must be clear, methodical and remove the potential for error. Analysis begins with an understanding of the operational needs of the business conducted by our project management staff. These needs will be documented and agreed as a blueprint for moving the project forward.

As well as analysis of the proposed physical operation, the specific needs of the project in terms of configuration, training and implementation will also be examined. 

Detailed technical analysis, where required, is conducted by experienced systems analysts. Any changes to standard software solutions are explained, understood and carefully detailed before work is undertaken. Our analysts will be able to advise on alternative options or solutions to deal with particular operational problems.
