Implementation

Once all configuration and training activities are completed and signed off your system will be ready for live implementation. You may be synchronising this with other changes in the business or IT structure. In either case our project manager will ensure the implications of live operation have been anticipated and prepared for.

After final checklists are completed, our implementation team will be on site to provide support for as long as needed. This is normally a heavier requirement during the first days after go live, and will subside to occasional on-site and remote support after some time depending on the nature of the implementation.

Our team will be able to provide a assistance across a range of activities, assisted remotely where required to ensure smoothness and continuity of the implementation.
