Implementation Support
Any physical preparation needed at your warehouse must be completed well ahead of the proposed live date. Although major changes most likely will be, smaller issues such as rack labelling, signage and preparation of work areas should be planned and executed well ahead of the required date.
Key to ensuring success at go-live is the user testing process. Although we test all configured systems before installation, we recommend pre-live user testing of all systems. Even where 100% standard it is vital that users check system set-up to ensure it matches operational expectations.
The penultimate process before live operation is to upload the dynamic operating data required for full system operation. There are different ways to do this, but the methods and procedures will be established well ahead of the live date.
Going live can be painless when projects are successfully run. Our project team can provide onsite support for as long as needed, but this will usually reduce after a week or two. The team will assist in a number of areas (with remote help if needed) to ensure successful continuity of the implementation.
