Project Management
Good project management begins with good planning so all aspects of the projects must be identified and understood. Once committed to a project plan, activities need to be coordinated, working closely with project staff to ensure milestones are met and issues resolved. Our project manager will work closely with yours to maintain a consistent view of project progress.
Among key activities undertaken are discussing and preparing project plans, managing team activity, monitoring progress, providing reports and stage assessments, coordinating third parties and managing change control. However, we have no wish to ‘over-manage’ the project, or create unnecessary work. What’s needed will depend on the size of the project and availability of resource in your own company
All projects are reviewed post completion to assess their success, and ensure that any loose ends are neatly tied. We also believe it helps to identify any lessons learned as a foundation for the future working relationship.
