KPI Analysis

The Empirica KPI reporting function is aimed especially at third party logistics operators for whom performance measurement in key operational areas underpins their customer-supplier relationship.  However the module offers a range of data measurement which will be invaluable to warehouse operators in any supply chain sector. 

The browser based reporting suite examines a number of criteria in key activity areas to measure overall warehouse performance from a ‘customer-centric’ viewpoint.  These include inbound delivery and outbound (OTIF) despatch performance, putaway, picking and loading.  Inbound delivery performance can be measured to show the effectiveness of delivering suppliers/hauliers as well as ‘vehicle turnaround’ efficiency of the warehouse.  On the despatch side, the OTIF performance feature measures overall despatch performance against pre-determined OTIF criteria. 

The module also provides completion statistics for the three key internal activities of putaway, picking and loading to give an overall measure of performance against workload.
