KPI Analysis

Empirica’s KPI reporting suite examines factors across a number of key activity areas to provide essential data for performance measurement and contractor management. Reporting is customer centric with variable, definable selection criteria.

Inbound supplier and contractor performance is measured for delivery and order compliance, as are internal productivity factors such as receipt processing times, load and offload times and picking and loading by operative. Customer service KPI’s include measurement of load and despatch criteria and full order OTIF statistics.
