We’ve further strengthened our technical support team at our headquarters in Trafford Park, Manchester, with the appointment of Colm McGahan as Application Support Analyst.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager – Asif Patel – Colm joins a growing team of support specialists acting as the first point of contact for any system advice and software issues received from our nationwide client base.

Born and bred in Manchester, Colm is 25 and already has considerable experience in similar roles, including Helpdesk Engineer at Salford Software, Junior Programmer at Regatta Outdoors and Helpdesk Support at Shortcuts.

In addition Colm is well qualified for the role having achieved a BTEC in Systems Support. He also holds Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Microsoft Networking and Basic Java accreditations.

Colm is a self-confessed film fanatic, supports Manchester United and plays the occasional game of FIFA.
