VT-Plan

Integrated with other key modules, Empirica VT-Plan provides the means to measure volumes, analyse employee performance and calculate future labour requirements.

Volumes (by trend and average) can be measured in various categories (receipts pallets, items picked, etc), while targets at individual and group level can be used for performance measurement and labour forecasting.

The system can calculate labour needs for a period and whether achievable using current resource, based on actual or targeted performance. The calculation can be adjusted for volumes, and key factors (skills, holidays) can be taken into account. The forecast identifies staffing needs including additional labour required.

Performance reporting gives productivity data on group or individual targets, analysis of labour performance across all areas and the information to fine tune for optimum performance.
