Maksims Ingacovs (Max) has joined our technical support team at our headquarters in Trafford Park, Manchester, as Application Support Analyst.

Reporting to Asif Patel, Technical Support Manager, Max is responsible for maintaining the high level of technical support and advice offered to our nationwide Warehouse Management System (WMS) client base, with particular reference to our flagship product, Empirica WMS.

He joins a growing team of support specialists acting as the first point of contact for any WMS system advice and assistance requests.

Originally from Riga in Latvia, Max is 29 and moved to the UK in August 2014. He already has considerable experience in customer support roles, including in retail and banking environments.

Max is also well qualified for the role having completed a two-year course in Computer Science and a further two years studying Transport & Logistics at the Riga Transport & Logistics Institute.

Max is currently starting a family and is an enthusiastic cook. He also loves everything to do with computers, including video games, software, hardware and peripherals.
